This is a great cable if you plan on playing Rocksmith 2014 or Rocksmith+. There are other ways to connect your guitar to your pc but this is by far the easiest to use and with no tweaking or configuration that needs to be done. The computer and programs immediately recognize the cable without any issues. The cable is slightly over 11 feet long so it gives you plenty of room whether you want to play sitting or standing up.

I really did not expect this to work with my Rocksmith game. I was wrong. It works great. I would recommend this one.
