I have had this for a couple years now and it works fantastic! I do not use it super often, just mainly at the beginning of the gardening season for tilling up the top level of hard soil. While it is not a true tiller (it is a cultivator), it is surprisingly powerful and dug deeper than I thought it would. The battery is also good, and will power through my 12x12 plot in one use.

I bought this and within the 1st month, the battery would no longer charge. Sent an email to the seller's warranty department (American Lawn mower Company) explaining the issue and 1 week later without talking to anybody other than an email response saying the battery was being replaced the next day. The tiller works well, but well rooted crabgrass will stop the tines from spinning. Due to the closeness of the tines, every once in a while, I have to stop and remove grass and weeds that have wrapped around the shaft between the tines. Would not want to use this on untilled ground. It is ideal for previously tilled ground and keeping weeds at bay. I use it in my flower beds and garden. Easier than using a hoe or shovel. It tends to pile up the dirt when using it so expect to have to level the dirt with your foot or a rake when finished.

So far it’s great! Did my garden and also a large area we were planting grass in. Worked great…just watch out for roots and larger stones/rocks. Easy to use..I am 5’1” … had no trouble.

This little guy works like a champ! Very easy to assemble and use. Great deal for the money if you have small flower beds that need cultivating. And lightweight. I highly recommend!

Works really good. Weeds and roots can get wound around it and they will have to be removed, but it is not too difficult to do. A spring puller tool might be helpful, but I've just been using my fingers.All and all, it's a good tiller and I can recommend it.

I am a 123 lb. 74 year old female and used this today to till up some flower beds. Super easy to use, not too heavy and easy to control. Battery lasted about an hour - not constant use but almost. Definitely recommend!!!!

Its a battery tiller. Grew up with big tillers for a big garden. This ain't it. However, my wife have a few raised beds 4' x 8' and this worked great on those. Beats having to hoe or use a heavy gas powered tiller. With a little work was able to till down 6 plus inches and removed a lot of Bermuda grass before growing season. Just got to let it do the work. Had it for two years now and it and the battery are still running strong.
