I tried this for bloating and burping issues. However, it seems ineffective. I end up trying some probiotics to alleviate the issues.

Within 3 days of taking this I developed very bad heartburn issues (never had this problem before in my life - except when pregnant 17 years ago). I threw these out. In all honesty nothing that came within it was in English. God only knows what is/was actually in this bottle or pills.
