Seems to do the trick. I wouldn't say it's very powerful but it seems effective I only take one. I should only have to take one. Taste and everything seems fine. Doesn't leave you groggy in the morning. I would definitely recommend it. This will save me tons of money versus Walmart where I was getting ripped off having to buy all the time this should last a long time

GOOD QUALITY AND DOES THE JOB

This is my second time ordering these, the first time was about a year ago. The first ones had a funky flavor but they worked well and they weren't so funky tasting that I had to wouldn't use them. This new batch they have fixed the flavor and they taste miles better. I have to say that these work better than any melatonin product I've ever used, maybe out of 20 or so other brands I've tried. I'm a big dude, 6'5" 250lbs and these knock me out within 25 mins without fail. Next is the price, you get triple the amount for half of the price of others, awesome value.

Works very well! I only take one on occasion, but they do help with sleep. Only knocked off a star because the “natural berry” flavor was a little too “natural” and tastes like you’re eating a dirt pellet. Otherwise, great!

If you struggle to slow your mind down and get ready for sleep, these are honestly perfect. I usually chew them up and take a sip of water, but they can dissolve on their own or you can just take them with water if that is easier. The flavor is pretty decent and they are simple and affordable. They help me relax and drift off when my thoughts will not stop spinning, but they do not keep you asleep all night. They just help you fall asleep naturally. I also love that I do not wake up feeling heavy or out of it the next day. I really like them and plan to keep buying them.

This does the trick for helping me fall asleep faster! If you have trouble turning your brain off, this is for you. It is important to mention that the taste is a little off putting and taste more like bananas than berries. I do like that there are no added dyes to get the achieved color, as I am allergic to all red dyes.
