The protein powder is very tasty and I like the quality of the free shaker, it's solid. I can't say whether it is a good choice for your source of protein or not as I have just started using it but I'm satisfied with my purchase. You can give it a try. 24g protein is okay for beginners.

If you're in it for a low price and good taste and don't bother much about the quality of the protein then please go for it.The quality of protein is pathetic. The bioavailability and absorbance is also very bad. Worst part is even if you have an Iron stomach and can digest anything pretty much, this protein will still give you gas and loose motions many times(Personal experiences may vary but I have a very high metabolism and I can digest evn the toughest meats in an hour and many whey proteins I have consumed throughout 6 years of my training have never given me any trouble except this one!)

After taking this worst protein I got constipation. Bloating was the main issue. The mixability and taste is good but on the other side, I doubt about the authenticity of the product. Quality is on the worst side tbh. Not enough protein. Don’t buy this product if you want to grab the total daily protein intake. Go for muscleblaze or optimum nutrition. A BIG NO TO THIS PRODUCT! Won’t ever suggest to anyone.

Delicious flavor with having a 24 gram of protein in per serving and quality of protein is really nice
