Picked this up to replace a friends workstation. They didn't really need much since it was mainly used for office-related tasks while working remotely. Zoom and MS Office worked perfectly! Fired up the machine after plugging in all existing peripherals and they were good to go! I didn't have to fuss around with settings in the slightest. Thanks Beelink!

Thought it was a good computer but stopped working after 4-5 months. Have been back and forth with customer service. Will be sending it back to get it replaced but they expect me to pay for shipping even though it's not my fault their product is defective.

I don't normally write reviews but this time it is needed. Shortly after getting my Beelink mini PC setup, I started to have a problem where a lot of control (taskbar and windows app menu being the biggest) disappeared from the screen. Could be related to the Windows update issue but I'm not 100% sure. In any event I could not fix it. Basically everything attempt failed with lots of system related errors. I got in touch with support and they offered a range of things to try. Most of those didn't work so they suggested reinstalling the system. Initially I could not download the install files but they gave me an alternate site and I was able to get the files and the reinstall worked perfectly. All of this happened within 24 hours and they responded usually within 30 minutes of my emails. Kudos to support. This is my third Beelink mini PC and the quality of the device itself has never been in question. Now I can add exceptional customer support on an issue that probably was not their fault.

The hardware works as expected but the device was shipped with Windows 11 pre-installed, not Linux, as advertised. That's a minor inconvenience, however, because replacing Windows with Ubuntu is simple.

This mini PC was purchased to replace an old Raspberry Pi dedicated to running my Plex server. It was easy to configure, I added a 2Tb SSD to hold the movies. It's easy to move from the 5th wheel while traveling back into the brick and stick when we're home. I no longer have to deal with Linux cryptic code.

Hardware wise this computer is nice. Sadly they removed the ability to run dual channel memory. The U59 could run in dual channel. The glaring issue with the mini s is the windows install is not legitimate. Bee Link is activating these computers with Volume MAK keys. This explains the lack of Microsoft COA stickers on the computers. I learned this the hard way trying to do a clean install of Windows 11 Pro. Windows will not auto activate as the key is not stored in UEFI as it's not an OEM version.

I bought this pc for my mom, she only checks her mail, pinterest and watches youtube. Best bang for the money.

Die after 7 months, began shutting down and starting but shutdown and repeat

I bought this unit about a month ago and it's been working great! I use it mainly for programming microprocessors using the Arduino IDE. I can set this unit up next to a project I'm working on that's already wired up and is located further away than my desktop computer can connect to it via USB. I then use RDP, a Remote Desktop connection to access it from my desktop computer and program the device. All with a WiFi connection. Well worth the money spent.

I was so happy to get this. Got it at night and set it up. Enjoyed using it. Walked away for a bit and came back to a blank screen and no way to get off it. Powered off and back on and seemed fine. Used it and went to bed. Next morning set back up and started using it. Seemed fine. Walked away and came back to the black screen again. Powered off and on and stuck in a recovery mode loading loop that never recovers. All troubleshooting failed and had to return. Very disappointed. Didn’t even last 24 hours. You get what you pay for I guess. Glad it happened now and not outside the return. Would not recommend.

Everything seems to work quite well - pretty quick and efficient for a mini computer. The lone issue are the usb ports are very snug, had difficulty in removing a portable hard drive from port.

The actual Mini PC weighs much less than most cell phones these days. It excels at video streaming and internet surfing which is what I bought it for. I bought this unit to replace an aging laptop I use out in my unheated garage. I had a spare monitor Keyboard and mouse. Really pleased at the performance improvement over the 5+ year old laptop. Internet is so much more responsive. This is my second BEELINK purchase (SER7)and it might not be my last.
