I love this trim for our new bathroom remodel. It was a bit pricey but worth it. As far as installation goes, our plumber installed it an he had n issues.

We bought 2 sets 1. Both were missing parts, so we called Moen. They said these Amazon sold faucet sets are third party sets! BEWARE! Moen sent the part but took 12 days to get here. 2. After installing AGAIN, faucets still leaked, so had to take apart and found another factory part missing Teflon tape or sealant, put in Teflon tape. Leak finally stopped. TOOK A TOTAL OF 6 hours to take apart and reinstall. This product has unsatisfactory parts and difficult to install. CAUSED ME ALOT OF DISTRESS, AND TOO MUCH TIME INVOLVED! WE COULD NOT USE OUR SINK FOR 2 WEEKS AND COST FOR THE PLUMBER WAS ASTRONOMICAL! DON'T BUY THE MATCHING SHOWER (WHICH HAD A DEFECTIVE PIVOT RING) OR THE UNSATISFACTORY TOILET PAPER DIPENSER. We kept everything because we liked the style AND because we thought Moen would stand behind their product. THIS WAS NOT ORDERED DIRECTLY THROUGH MOEN. THIS IS A THIRD PARTY.

Cannot go wrong with the Moen brushed brass— true to color, high quality. We had tried a cheaper brand and needed to upgrade shortly after.

Arrived missing integral parts Color was dirty brass not as pictured This does not include the actual guts of the faucet and you only receive the faucet and handles You will have to spend another $130 to make it work.

I have never been so disappointed. After a little over a year the finish has come off from toothpaste! How is this possible. I spent over $1,000 on 2 of these and a year later they need to be replaced?! They should withstand toothpaste. I will be calling for a replacement!

Don’t buy this if you want a true brushed gold. It is actually a bronze/copper. The color of the actual product is not the same color as what is pictured.

Due to the install by the plumber, I needed additional parts. Moen was very professional realizing it was the plumber's mistake and sent the parts at no cost to me. It was very impressive. I love the product and know it will outlast my usage....Thank you Moen!!

The Rough-in Valve with Drain Assembly has to be purchased on top of this. It's another $126. It should have been included in this price. Would not purchase again.
