Steak Knives Set of 6 Extremely Sharp Kitchen Ceramic Black Blade Knife

I purchased a set of these in 2021. I used the same 2 in the kitchen for 3+ years and they just went dull. Another set of 2 went to the RV, and the third set of 2 replaced the dull ones in the kitchen. They are used primarily for cutting vegetables, fruit, meat, nuts...etc...These knives are so good as a kitchen utility knife that I just purchased another set of 6 for when I wear out my last 2 that I'm using in the kitchen. I'm doubting I'll ever dull the ones in the RV since they only get used 5-8 weeks in a year. Great size, great price, and long lasting.

These knives are incredibly sharp and hold their edge well. The quality is excellent. With a pack of these, I always have a sharp knife to use.

These are sharp and are holding up well, to my admittedly careless handling habits. They are NOT razor sharp, but rather reasonably kitchen sharp. Seem to be holding up well despite running through dishwasher and tossed in silverware drawer with utter disrespect to such tools.For the price, if they last a year I'll buy the same or equivalent going forward just for ease of ownership.Update: Still very happy with these after a few months use and I've upgraded my rating to 4 stars. Despite my abuse they are still quite sharp. I did discover the tips are brittle and easily broken when attempting to use as a pry tool... So don't do that and, you'll probably be happy with these.

I only use ceramic knives bc im tired of replacing metal knives. I am very pleased with having found a set of ceramic steak knives. I intentionally purchased these to go with my VOS 13pc ceramic knives set, which came with steel knives. They fit the VOS Case (pictured) very well. The handles are soft and feature grip as well.

This is better than metal steak knives costing several times. All of the claims made are true, plus one more - serrated knives produce a ragged cut which looks unappealing; these produce a smooth, clean cut which 'looks' better (but still tastes the same). In addition, the rubbery grips make them more steady and comfortable to hold. Finally they come with their own blade protectors. On the negative side, you really need a diamond sharpener to sharpen them (which shouldn't be for a long time).

I have been looking for a good set of knives for years. Everything I get seems to tarnish, rust, or the handles crack. When I got these knives for Christmas of 2024 I was excited. After using them for the first time I thought these are the knives I have been looking for! They are super sharp and they cut great! I really loved them.I wanted them to stick around for a long time so I meticulously follow the washing instructions. They get cleaned immediately after use, dried, and returned to their holders.However, after about 45 days they started falling apart! The blades started getting loose in the handles. Now about 60 days after purchase two of the blades have fallen out. I can stick it back in the handle but it keeps falling out and other blades are moving in their handles too. I'm very disappointed.

These ceramic steak knives are extremely sharp, light, easy to clean, very comfortable to hold. I am a big fan of ceramic knives, and I own quite a few Kyocera ceramic knives. I wanted some ceramic steak knives but didn't want to pay a lot, so I decided to try these out. They are excellent. Very sharp and lightweight. They do a great job at a very affordable price. I also like that they all come with blade protectors on them. Highly recommended.
