My aunt’s neurologist recommended she take this product. We read so many reviews and this seemed like the best. We were right. She was using the biotin 100 mg for progressive MS and in just a few months she has a noticeable increase in energy level. We were under the impression biotin didn't work that fast but following the advice of some previous reviewers here on Amazon we called the company who sells it. It turns out they are a pharmacy and when I called, one of the pharmacists who works there picked up the phone almost immediately. I was very surprised because when I call my local chain (I don't want to say the name) I am waiting forever to speak with an actual pharmacist. We asked him about the energy increase and a bunch of other questions like safety, side effects, possible interactions, etc. He patiently listened to every question and answered with a deep knowledge of the subject. They were also honest and upfront about reasonable expectations when using biotin, but we also read many success stories. When they originally mailed the supplement they also sent some printed information that was really helpful. Part of it mentioned the possibility for a false lab result and on this phone call, they warned me yet again. This was really important as she uses medication where this could be an issue for her. They were so nice and patient with us-- we couldn't believe that when we looked at one point we had been talking for over 50 minutes. Their kindness, knowledge about the product and her condition, as well as extreme patience and courtesy, will absolutely make her a repeat buyer!

A month ago, my husband's neurologist suggested he take this for his secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. It will take at least another eight months before we see any benefits, but at this relatively low cost and ease of treatment he will continue to use it. The product came on a very timely manner and even included a full size sample of another product.

We started getting these for my wife with SPMS just about 9 months ago (the time studies showed you’d start seeing effects). I’m not a doctor, and this is by no means proof that it works for everyone, but my wife is starting to see real results. She’s been in a wheelchair for 5+ years. We’ve also had 9 months of no progression of her disease at all. Only small, measurable improvements. She tolerates it well (no noticed side effects) and we’re excited to see where it leads long term, but so far it’s looking pretty good!

I am on 3rd bottle now and have had more energy some days but no improvement in my walking! I have ppms for 12 years. I do notice an improvement in my skin and nails

When I opened it it was very little so I counted all 3 bottles , they are all short of 90capsules as writtened. They are not off by one or two , they are off by at least 20 pills every bottle!

This product was recommended by my PA as something that could help with some of the problems I have with MS. I can't say that I've noticed any difference but I haven't had any bad reactions either. I'll keep using it for a while longer as my research indicates this is helpful for MS patients.
