Q: What is IPA wipedown??

IPA stands for isopropyl alcohol. IPA wipedown is used to prep the paint surface before applying a product, to remove any remnant oil, polish, compound etc.

Q: Can i use it after applying rubbing compound and polishing the car

Yes, absolutely but just make sure to foam wash the car afterwards and then do an IPA wipedown to ensure that no residue remains from the polishing step and your surface is absolutely ready to be ceramic coated.

Q: Can I wax the car after using this ?

You should not wax the car before applying Ceramic Guard as that won't allow the product to properly bond with the paint and deliver the expected performance, we haven't tried waxing the car after applying Ceramic Guard but you ideally won't need to since our Ceramic Guard provides much better gloss, protection, slickness, hydrophobic properties and durability than any other wax out there.

Q: If after applying the coating we wash with the shampoo will the coating still work? As with major polishes in the market they are uselesss after wash

As long as you use a pH neutral shampoo, our ceramic coating shampoo should easily last upto 50+ contact washes with a shampoo. For maximum durability against crazy chemical testing, give it 24 hours of cure time after application otherwise for any normal testing it doesn't need any cure time and is ready right after application.
