Works Great, Looks Awesome!
The media could not be loaded. They're easy to use... And It's good to know if the unit stops working I can just replace it, and use the fiber optics where they are with the new unit... Cause they all basically work the same...I used mine to illuminate my stairway...How:I worked with the strands individually, and brought them together at the end of the process... I drilled holes in the stairs, placed tape over the bottoms of the holes, poked the fiber optic through the tape like a Capri-Sun, pushed them down flush, poured some super glue on them from above, went around and used the hot glue gun to secure them from underneath, ran and fastened the strands into groups where I wanted them, I taped groups of them together and cut them... Then put the groups together to plug into the light unit... Be careful with the hot glue gun, it can melt and bend the strands if it's too hot, this was tricky!I'll update, if the unit stops working. :)

The remote failed to work.
When I received the product, I immediately went to place a battery into the RF Controller and watched the infrared tip turn on and off signaling to me that the remote is up and running. I then went to plug in the device and it turned on and began cycling through the colors and the motor cycled as well. I tried to turn on and off the device as well as the motor and the colors but nothing worked. Everything on the remote failed. I will be contacting the seller in hopes of finding a solution.Update: seller contacted me with updated information leading to a working remote! Absolute great piece and great seller to work with!

I like it but...
I like it but... There's a few issues. One, the remote did not work. I had to open it and solder the positive spring terminal back on the pad, now it works fine. I guess good thing I got this one since I'm an engineer who so happens to own a soldering station. Two, the RGB still works so I can get white that way but the pure white LED burned out and took the power supply with it. Luckily, I had another power supply laying around that works with it. Rough start but everything else works. the twinkle motor is still going strong after a week of solid use, Red Green and Blue are still holding strong. I'll fix the white one later on. Awesome fiber optic kit for the price, just a shame I got a bad one that needs fixing otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars.Update: Everything still works except the white LED, I still need to fix the pure white LED. RGB and twinkle motor has ran for several days no issues, light driver stays cool to the touch. Looks amazing.

Worked great, until it didn't.
I used this to create a star field ceiling in my daughter's bedroom. It really worked great until a couple days ago when it started making a grinding noise. At first I couldn't figure out what would be making that noise, but I'm assuming there is some kind of motor in the housing that turns a color wheel that creates the twinkling effect. It sounds like at some point in the cycle, something is rubbing, creating the grinding noise. It's intermittent, like it happens when it reaches a certain point in the rotation. I have it turned off and I'm not sure what to do with it long term. It's worked flawlessly for nearly a year, I guess I could replace the controller without redoing all the fiberoptic, just resting the fiberoptic that are already installed. What's the life expectancy/warranty for one of these?

Very pretty when installed.
Easy to put up just a little time consuming but worth it.

Turned out really good.
Did this in my daughter’s truck. It’s a 2006 GMC Sierra crew cab. This was the 900 light kit. I wasn’t sure how many to get but was happy with this amount after seeing them in. I mounted the projector in the driver side back corner just above the door striker by drilling and tapping holes in it. The fibers was long enough to reach from there all the way to the front passenger corner of the headliner.
