We bought this when we were going on a trip in the Winter so we could monitor the house temperature. The unit has a number of fancy features like keeping a record of temperatures and also monitoring humidity, but we just use it for one function - spot checking the temperature, while traveling and it performs this function flawlessly via the associated app. Installation consisted of inserting a battery, and connecting to the WiFi, and then registering it with the app, all of which was pretty uneventful. Subsequent use is just as easy - open the app, look at the temperature and then close the app. The n=unit seems to be accurate as well, registering temperatures +- half a degree relative to our home thermostat.

The Govee WiFi temperature/humidity monitor works great. Easy to set up and accurate. I purchased mainly to monitor house temperature in the Midwest while in Florida for the winter. Easy to read app. I can check it anytime. Would recommend this product for those needing to monitor temperature and/or humidity... from anywhere.

I live in a trailer in the desert with dogs, so being able to check the temperature inside the trailer while I'm away is a must! I looked at many different wifi thermometers and the Govee is the one I chose. Very affordable compared to other devices. The thermometer and app are very easy to set up and use. The temperature and humidity accuracy is spot on; tested it next to other thermometers. Highly recommend!

This is a great thermometer! I use it to monitor my greenhouse. It picks up internet a good distance from my house. I can check on my greenhouse anytime I wish!

Device works well. Easy to set up. It seems to have trouble staying connected to the Wi-Fi but the data seems to indicate that it is working just fine even though the WIFI icon indicates that there is a poor connection.
