AM/PM Menopause Formula

Granted, I do combine this with other supplements and try to exercise, eat a healthier diet, and drink plenty of water. However, I feel like this really does help me feel better, with fewer hot flashes, I have a better mood, and sleep more deeply. It didn't take too long to notice results. I will continue to buy and use this. Be aware that the PM pill does contain valerian and it stinks. This is normal. However, even though it smells like poop, it really does work to help me relax and sleep.

I Started buying this for my wife in her early 50's when she was having pre menopause signs. She wasn't sleeping well, had night sweats, hot flashes during the day, low energy, crabby and really bad mood swings. I am not big on synthetic estrogen pills or shots. I have a nutrional back ground and know synthetic estrogen may cause certain cancers. I researched this product and found the ingredients where all natural. Black Cohosh which helps the body produce estrogen with in your own body. Within a week after taking this product her night sweats stopped and she was able to sleep soundly. During the day her energy picked up and she is now easier to live with. she is now 63 years young and if she tells me she is running out of her am/pm I jump and order 2 or 3 boxes. I can tell after one week when she stops taking them. So guys it is well worth it.

The first time I used this product it worked great for hot flashes. After I was hot flash free for a couple of months I stopped using it. Six months later I started having hot flashes again. I again had good results. Now, 5 months later the hot flashes have begun again. This time even after a month of use I still suffer from hot flashes. Maybe my system is used to this product, but I don't have near the relief I had in the past.

These smell really weird. However, they definitely cut down on hot flashes. The morning one gives me a bit more energy. The night one seems to aid in my sleep. All good, but you have to deal with the smell.

It does not get rid of flashes completely but it helps by about 75%. The PM formula does help with relaxation and does not interfere with other sleeping aids. My Dr advised me not to take HRT because I have a history of fibroids so i had to find something that did not contain estrogen. I wish it worked a little better but it is indefinitely better than not taking it.. No adverse side effects so far and the pills are coated, oval, and easy to swallow and that is coming form someone who does not like to swallow pills.UPDATE, They recently jacked up the price. Shame on them - used to be around $14. If anyone knows of a place to buy this at a retail store chain for less please comment below.

I was dealing with numerous hot flashes daily and so moody. I was on the verge of divorce. I started taking these supplements and started seeing a difference within the first week or so! The PM does have a strong sour smell, but the results I’ve had make it worth it. I feel the cost is good and the reviews I read about this product do seem pretty much what I’ve experienced.

I love this supplement! Hot flashes are awful without it.

I am cracking up laughing as I type this. When I tell you that Nature’s Way has dropped the ball on these supplements, I mean it. I can't even understand how this product passed quality control. I will never know if they work or not, because I tried for two days to take them, but the smell is UNBEARABLE. The PM ones especially, smell like dung! Dookie. Feces. Boo boo. I literally gagged. I held my breath, placed it on my tongue in hopes it was just the odor and not taste, but I was in for a rude awakening, ladies! It tasted rancid. I swallowed it down, and held onto the wall as if I'd just been through the ringer. My eyes watered, and I was disgusted. I dropped to my knees, calling out for mercy. LOL. I can't take these. NOPE. What is so crazy is that I had a sinus infection recently that diminished my sense of smell, so I could only imagine how much worse the odor is for someone with 100% smelling capacity. In fact, I tested out that theory and asked my husband to take a sniff. He burst out laughing and shoved it away from his face, telling me to throw it away. Nature's Way, y'all have to do better. Go back to the lab and try again. Y'all dead wrong for this. I'll just drown in my pre-menopause symptoms until I find something that does not smell like the elephant house at the zoo, and works, too.
