Regarding effectiveness, I have been using this product for nearly a month now and have seen positive changes in my cycle since using it. I put two scoops in my 40oz water bottle and sip on it through the morning, which has also helped with upping my water intake. Adding it to a higher volume of water has helped cut down on the sweetness. It is slightly more expensive that other inositol products, but Thorne products comes highly recommended by my doctor. Since I'm already taking a handful of oral supplements, I appreciate that this is in powder form. It's a simple and easy addition to my routine.

I love this supplement, I wish there was a pill for of all of this but the drink tastes good! I’m impressed!

I saw a lot of reviews about receiving an expired product.I admit when I first saw only an “MFG” date and no “Best By” date that I was confused as I know Thorne supplements are known for their high quality and reputable brand.After a quick Google search, I learned what an “MFG” date is and that Thorne products have a recommended usage period of 18 months following that date.I am excited to try this product and hope people who have posted reviews previously consider removing theirs and people considering this product (and any others) are slower to leave a negative review before checking with Google 🤓💛

Took for one day and caused some sort of allergic reaction. It started in the evening and continues to get worse days later. I have done nothing different except this. I don’t usually write reviews but I need to warn people. Do your research before buying this. You also cannot return this item. I want my 60$ back!

I've been using Thorne Ovarian Care for a few months now, and I’m pretty happy with the results. I appreciate that it includes a blend of Inositol, CoQ10, Folate, and Polyphenols, which are great for supporting ovarian health. Since starting, I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels, and I feel like my body is responding better to my regular routine. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that flavor is not best for me. However, I’m definitely sticking with it for now and would recommend it to others looking to support their reproductive health.

First I’d like to add this product is not expired and the other reviews are incorrect. Secondly, this is a vitamin blend not a dessert. With that being said, Thorne did a great job with this powder, it dissolves easily and I feel great after taking it and just re-ordered my second container. It’s really helping my hormones align again!

I really wanted this to work but after 2 weeks I couldn't move past the taste of the "Berry" flavor. I tried drinking it cold, lukewarm, quickly, slowly, it did not matter, I felt sick after every dose from the taste every time. I know some people claim "well it's a vitamin" and yes I know most vitamins don't taste well, but from someone who takes at least 6 other supplements for the past year daily, this is a taste I could not get past.

Over the last 16 months I’ve been trying to get pregnant, with one miscarriage on month 11. I started taking this supplement as a recommendation from my OBGYN. I started only a few days before ovulation so who knows if it’s the contributing factor but it doesn’t hurt to try!
