this is an easy product to use, easy to install, and with great instructions.

Great (if expensive) accessory for WFH or call-center con-call warriors.
Very expensive for what you actually get, but considering the fact that I spend all day on Skype for Business calls, the ability to easily throw my headset on the charger for a few minutes between calls is very convenient. Before I got the headband and this charging stand, I would often leave my Presence BT headset in all day, and by the end of the day I would sometimes get the dreaded "recharge headset" message in my ear. With this stand, the headset now stays perfect charged at all times and is available to pick up quickly whenever I get a call.

this charges two different type of head sets. very convenient to use. heavy bottom so it doesn't slide around my desk.

Great concept except.....
While I enjoyed the ability to hang my headset on the charger without removing my earpiece, after a couple of months it no longer charged my earpiece. Of course it was after my return period had expired.

The cradle is confusing and cumbersome - a bit of a design oddity - but it is not necessary to get the charger to work so I can ignore it :)

Not included with the headset, a shame. Be warned it is an extra buy
