I bought this set for the tiny tools. They are tiny, easy to use, good quality for what I paid, and would recommend purchasing.

A good value for routinely used pottery tools and some not so frequently used but good to have tools .

Good selection of tools for small projects. Oil based clay. Wax based clay.

Go as a gift for my sister she's made some neat things :)

I specifically bought this version which included the box for the convenience of having a case to carry these tools in - the tools are fine and work well, however the box arrived broken and cracked. I was disappointed since I could have paid less for a version of this same tool set which did not come with the box, and I didn't want to return or exchange it since I needed to be able to use them soon after receiving them. If you want this, it is probably better to buy the version which comes with just the tools, and no box. It also was not wrapped or packaged at all inside the amazon bag, so any mishandling during shipping could cause damage. I do like that this comes with both small and larger carving tools; the small ones are convenient for detail work.

I actually got this set for pumpkin carving, and they work really well. They cut nicely without being too sharp. The handles are sturdy and the metal ends seem to be fixed in the handles pretty good, which hopefully means they won’t break off easily.

This is a great set for a beginner Potter.

I wouldn’t buy them if you want something’s that will last. Half of them broke in the first few months.
