Compact mobile which fits neatly into a pocket. It has large buttons and a well lit screen so is easy to see callers names or numbers. Simple phone for those who just want to call or send text messages.

Nice little phone spoiled by the fact that it won't pair seamlessly to car without a headset. Backward technology. Be aware elderly like easy phones but still want to be safe if they drive. Reluctantly sent back but if you don't drive, it's ideal in it's simplicity.

Works well. Unlike the previous model this one does not beep periodically. Bought two now. Black and red. Use mine for two part verification and a tablet larger device with a one year throwaway data sim. Easyfone has the contact sim in it so I retain the number. Not too sure about a pensioner phone. Some fumbling to get numbers into the memory but probably once use to it great. Nice big buttons and readable screen. Has a nice feel to it. Does the job. Unlike an Android phone won't need replacing every few years as they go through the Android operating system generation and make your phone redundant or the battery fails. On UK EE. Because this is a 2g/3g/4g phone this will connect up on 2g that doesn't offer a phone network here but the SMS works fine on 2g. Living in a hilly rural area you need to be sure it's connected on 4g for phone calls else its dead. This is a current UK EE thing. On a 4g / 3g only phone you would be fine but since it's capable of 2g it will land on a 2g signal if it cant find 4g. I haven't been able to fix this via the network selection menu. Something to be aware of in rural areas where 4g is patchy with EE. SMS works fine for 2g. The front of the house has patchy 4g, the back 2g and that's on the first floor. Delights of rural living in a hilly undulating area. It's like when 3g rolled out to the home counties. Lean out the window and get a signal. This phone does not come with a spare battery and may prove tricky to get your hands on it. The previous 3g Easyfone came with a spare battery. Different battery size so won't fit. Customer services have been helpful in this respect and will send out spare batteries to fit. So thumbs up on that one.

Purchased for an elderly lady as an easy phone to use. Worked ok for first few months then issues with signal, charging and just not staying on. Have tried everything to keep it working but unable to get easyphone to help at all and outwith amazon return period through trying to get help from vendors. can not recommend this product

I was looking to buy a 4g flip phone to replace my 3g one. I had bought several, all a waste of time. I was about to give up. when i spotted the Easy Phone, so i said one last try. I read the reviews and noticed some had said the battery did not last long, but when i got the phone, i found that the backlight was on, roaming was on, sounds for speaking the letters and typing was on, and more. Once you receive the phone turn off the items you don't use, also reduce brightness, lights ect, and the battery lasts a long time. The phone is very easy to use, you can set your own incoming text tone, also incoming ring tone, and it is so easy to navigate. I love this phone, big numbers, battery lasts several days or longer depending on usage, and 5 days on stand by. When you first charge the phone, give it a full charge and leave it a bit longer after it is fully charged, it also comes with a block call button, if you receive a call and don't want it or some one calls and is abusive, just hold down the block button for about 5 or so seconds, job done. The phone is not a big as a Doro which is good. I highly recommend this phone, as we are all going 4g shortly. I am in my 70's and its easy. to use.

Seller was very helpful and replaced the battery when it didn't seem to be holding its charge. The phone was bought for my elderly mother as she needed to update to 4G and she didn't want a smart phone. She has just had a problem with her landline and had to rely on this mobile for nearly a week. I must say the sound was appalling, it kept beeping and giving a muffled sound.

Great phone perfect for people with large fingers that they have lost full use so easy or elderly the larger numbers and it tells you what number you have put in and the sos button great value a really so easy to use.

This is great for older people who don't want to hassle of modern phones. The numbers are big & visible even to partially blind person & great that it speaks the number as the digits are pressed
