Awesome case. I drop my phone off the couch or bed every once in a while and I never fear that the screen is cracked. There is a thick lip that protects the screen from flat surfaces. I had a wallet case before this case and it constantly opened during the fall and at least scratched the screen because it didn't have a lip. Also has a nice minimal feel.

This is probable one of my favorite cases for my note 8. Not only does it look very thin an sleek, but it adds the right amount of protection to your device to keep it protected from pretty much everything. The back is exposed but that is fixed with a simple skin. I use a dbrand skin on the back and the case, and it works great with it. The case fits very tight especially on the top and bottom of it. The sides are a little loose but the tight fit on the top and the bottom make up for this. If you are planning on using a skin when putting the case on make sure you take your time, and carefully put the case on soo that it does not make the skin raise.

This is hands down the best phone case I've ever used. It did everything I've always wanted a case to do, protect my phone from drops and falls, and also not get in the way of the actual phone itself.One thing I hate about phone cases is how cheap they make our phones look. We carry around these gorgeous pieces of technology, computers that 20 years ago were unthinkable now fit right in our pockets. We pay up to $1000 on these phones that have been streamlined and designed rather beautifully, and then we go out and buy a $5/$10/$25 case and slap it on and call it a day. The reason I love this case is because it gives awesome protection without compromising any of the phones aesthetic, it's sleekness, or it's technology. It works great, it's thin, it doesn't cover it up and offers protection from small drops, bumps and bruises. That's all I can ask for from a phone case. Lifetime customer 100%

It fits so snug so perfect has huge lip top and bottom protecting both front screen and back screen. The buttons are also very tactile, not hard to press. The cutout for the SPen is also easily accessible, even if you have sausage fingers like me. This case does work perfectly with skins, but it does fit so snug that it tends to push up on the bottom of skin causing a little bubble. To fix this, place case over skin draw the inside diameter on skin and cut out edges problem solved. IMO this is the best case on a beautifully crafted phone that offers great protection.

I -love- rhinoshields, but I think I like the one I got for my S8 better. The sides are noticably tighter on the Note 8 version, making it significantly harder to remove and after several corner drops, the outer layer had begun to peel off, although this has a lot to do with the significance of the drop--my Note has already taken more abuse than my S8 ever did.Bottom line, though? It's absorbed drops and impacts that were damaging enough to take a chunk out of the case, so imagine what that would have done to a naked phone. The bumpers are comfortable and make an incredibly reassuring in hand feel, and the lack of a backplate allows for customization via skins and keeps a sleek profile, while the raised lips protect the glass from everything but a direct impact onto a pointed object. Great bumper, permanent customer.

I hate cases, this one is the exception. I got tired of breaking phone's after a single fall and decided to start wearing cases. I hated every single one, until I bought this one. Ive dropped my phone and the case protected my phone. My phone still feels sleek and like a phone not a brick. I recommend this to anyone

Looks great and is super thin but provides a lot of protection. Doesn't work the best with vinyl skins because it peels up the corners. Requires a bit of force to install and seems snug but around the buttons the case sticks up a bit and I got 2 models because I thought one was a defect but it's the same story with both. It fixes over time surprisingly but it's still slightly apparent.
