My parents are elderly and I installed this for their new bathroom. They love it so much that now my pregnant wife wants one.

This seat was very easy to install and is very stable. I had another teak seat from another company with a different design that I installed last year, liked this seat so much that I ordered another one to replace the year old one. I highly recommend this seat. Took me about 15 minutes to install.

This is the real deal. I do not believe this is made in China. It's a shame the people shipping mine beat the hell out of it so bad and I took several months to get to me. I had to return it.

Was easy to install with provided template.

This shower seat was in use for about 2 months when black mold was found to be growing on it. Some of it i could get off except one large spot. I contacted the company with this problem. Maty.j responded, telling me to apply some teak oil on the seat. I had sent pictures, he responded by telling me forget the teak oil, this was a maintance problem. No where in the amazon web page or on the installation instructions does it mention teak oil or any specific maintanence protocol. Teak wood is used to build outside deck/ patio furniture due to it's durability. I believe Mr. Maty.j needs to be more educated in his description of his product And inclued any needed servicing information up front,instead of telling me to add protective coatings,then saying do not do that, it's a maintance problem caused by me.

Very attractive in the shower. When we don’t want to use it the chair folds up against the wall for more room in the shower.
