I love these to help battle colds/not feeling well. I’m a teacher and I was tired of getting sick all of the time. I only take one a day, even though the bottle says two, and it’s worked great for me.

We like the flavor it's good!The whole amount of gummies are stuck together in 1 big blob that slides up & down in the jar! Difficult to remove them to take-home out separately!
