great for sports
Really nice jug. Only bad part is getting the lid screwed on perfectly straight and really tight or it will leak badly. Have found that puting ice it in keeps cold longer than the freeze stick.

Best 1/2 gallon I ever bought
Best 1/2 gallon jug I've ever owned. This goes with me to work, then to my BJJ practices. It hook nicely on our caged wall and durable. Ive dropped it a couple of times. The center ice pack is awesome. Keep it the nice and cool for at least 6hours. Not ice cold, Cool!!. Only if the flip cap was design to withstand impact and accidental leakage.

Would not recommend this water bottle
The hook red hook that allows the water bottle to hang from the fence immediately broke off. Also, the water bottle leaks. Doesn't matter how tightly you twist it. Would not recommend this water bottle.

Freeze stick missing
The water jug came without the freeze stick. I guess sending it back is more hassle than it's worth. Disappointed.
