The item would have been great, but it was second hand rubbish
The tuner card arrived as pictured, no anti-static bag. It has been used because it was covered in fingerprints, and the screw hole for the rear plate has marks on it, when it's been screwed down in some ones PC. TBS Tuner Cards are Great, but sadly this was some ones left over experiment that they sent back somehow.
