This works well to poach eggs, but the screen mesh needs to be sprayed as directed or egg white sticks to it. Even with spray, a little egg white might stick to the screen mesh. Using parchment paper helps to not have egg white stuck on after poaching. Update: using the parchment paper really helped perfect the after poaching clean up! Finally perfect poached eggs after trying so many other poachers.

Egg sticks directions were followed. Not worth money. Threw it out!

I am very pleased with this egg poacher. I use Ex. Large eggs, and this item is big enough to handle that size egg. I just add about 1 minute to the recommended time. I use a scrub brush to clean the strainer side of the poacher, and it's pretty easy. I would not hesitate to purchase this item.

Love the flavor of my poached eggs. This gave me that. The downside is the cleaning the white part of the egg sinks into the netting into every little crevice and it won't come out it's unbelievable I soak it in hot water I scrub it with different brushes it's horrible who has time for that? I found some other lovely poached egg products on here so I have returned this through customer service because they refuse to take it back.

I thought this product would be great with the sieve, but when cooking, too much white sticks to the sieve. The yolk cooked fine, but there just wasn't enough white egg left.

I messed up the first time. As you can see in the picture, it is a perfect poached egg for my eggs benedict breakfast. It is so easy to use. Easy to clean. Haven’t masters how to remove it yet. I love it!!!

These do 3 minute poached eggs perfectly. Just remember to spray olive oil on the screen before adding an egg or it may be a little harder to clean after cooking.
