I love this date syrup! Low sugar content, perfect for healthy sugar substitute. I’ve used it in, Matcha, on yogurt, and I particularly love it on unsweetened oatmeal. It is the perfect amount of sweetness. It has a nice dark, rich color and a thick, but pourable consistency. Date lady is my absolute go to date syrup!

This is our third or fourth re-purchase of Date Lady date syrup. We’ve been using it for years and the product is still high quality and delicious. We mainly put it in coffee and oatmeal. It’s sweet (but not too sweet), dark and thick, just like liquid dates. Love it!The bottle did come with a broken lid this time, but I just replaced it with the one from our previous bottle. It only would have been a problem if it had been our first purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent Date Syrup dark, rich also contains minerals needed for the body, that said my major use of this product is not for me but for my Mare and her new baby. I supplement her with flaxseed oil and organic fenugreek herbs to increase her milk flow and super charge her milk quality. With1 ounce of date syrup added to her feed she eagerly devours her supplements.

This date syrup is delicious! Not only is it delicious, but it made great ice cream for my diabetic husband. We have tried every fake sugar out there, most had severe to dangerous side effects. We refuse to be quinea pigs for companies pushing dangerous chemicals as food!! We love this is organic, that it is delicious, that it has a lower glycemic index than sugar, and its easy to use. Dates taste awesome but it changes the flavor of everything to date. My tea, coffee, all just ends up tasting like dates. I guess I should’ve expected that. I’m definitely keeping it, just need to get used to it.

The whole family loved the syrup. We use it in coffee, yogurt and baked goods as a nutritious sugar alternative. Great with peanut butter as well or honey substitute.
