Feel Feminine While Experiencing Incontinence
Incontinence...A word I didn't expect to relate to me at a younger age! Being a former teacher, I was in one of those jobs where you can't go to the bathroom right away. For many years I practiced the "hold it" method and it took its toll! At the age of about 55 I was having to wear maximum absorbancy pads everyday at work. Later, I found this product and was able to feel comfortable on the job and at home. The plastic panty with the pad helps stop embarrassing accidents from showing and makes for easy one step changing. They're decorated prettily so you still feel feminine. (One thing I found, now that I've had a stroke and have limited use of my right side, is that I needed to get a larger size...I wear a medium slack/pant, but need to use a large in these pants so that I can get them up and down easily. They don't bulk up under my clothes...they keep a smooth line.) This is a very good product!

Feels wonderful.
These are my favorites, as they absorb well and do not irritate my skin. Great for overnight. They also fit snugly and make me feel comfortable wearing them out in public. They are my absolute favorite but they are pricey. I have to save them for overnight protection and when I do go out in public. They are a treat for me to wear and I wish I could afford to wear them all the time. Depends get scratchy but they are less expensive. The Always Maximum Large are second best to the Boutique in comfort and price, but they are not always available.

Huge help during postpartum!
Seriously so glad I bought these for after I gave birth. They’re SO COMFORTABLE. I was worried about the fit - I was ~210lbs (5’6”) at delivery and about 185 pre-pregnancy. I was worried they’d be too small but they are pretty stretchy - I feel like they fit me nicely but probably not if I was much bigger. I bought 2 packs bc I thought PP aftercare would be worse but I only ended up wearing them for a couple of days, mostly bc I was too lazy to take my pants off every time I wanted to go to the bathroom/change them. But seriously this was a great option for the days after birth!!

Great For Postpartum
I'm so glad I decided to take a chance and buy these in preparation for my postpartum recovery. A few things, you probably want to go up a size. If you deliver vaginally, you'll want room for the ice packs.... trust me. If you have a csection, you'll want the waistline to come up above your incision. My last delivery was csection and I wish I'd had these, they would have provided a lot more comfort. I almost didn't go up a size as I hate things which don't fit just right, but I'm really glad that I listened to other reviewers and did. This delivery was vaginal and I'm so grateful that I had them this time. They feel much more secure than what the hospital provides and are much softer on tender areas. They aren't at all stylish, they feel like what they are. It is still a step up from your other postpartum options. I will say that they are undetectable under tight jeans, so that's a plus. I did take one star off for the smell. They stink. I'm guessing it's supposed to be a pleasant smell, but I'm not a fan of it at all. I really wish they were unscented. Still, even with the smell, the comfort they provide, with the discretion, totally worth it.

Soft and odor free
I have tried several brands and styles of these panties which gaped at the legs, made my skin itch, and whiffed of urine with the slightest leak. These are soft (no itchy skin), fit well around the legs (no leaks), and really do eliminate any urine odor. They are lighter and have less bulky padding than the less expensive options without reducing the amount of fluid they soak up. It's cute that they try to make them prettier with a printed decoration around the top, but nothing actually helps with the indignity of needing to wear these. I resisted paying more for these than other brands and styles, but these work and wear so much better, I'll never go back.

Would Use Again
I used these for postpartum recovery. At first I didn't like them. During the first week, they would stick to my skin and the act of removing it from my stitches and sore area was not pleasant. However, I tried it again during the second week and the sticking no longer was an issue. I wore them for a few weeks and they were nice to have and were comfortable. Ice pads easily fit inside them. Also, they're thick enough that sitting/moving was a little more padded than normal underwear would've been and I think that helped recovery time and made normal activity more comfortable. I would recommend after the first week.

Awesome, just caused skin irritation
It was awesome comfortable, easy to put on and take off leak proof the first days in the hospital Is bled alot but NEVER leaked not once. I had a C-section and it was high enough in the waist to come over my stitches, thank goodness for that,It said they were scented it wasn't heavy to the nose but I noticed I Started breaking out only where the underwear was like my inner thigh,my butt and stuff, So I stopped using them other than that they were great. Lifesavers so much better than those ones the hospital gives .

Postpartum life saver
So glad I went with these diapers, even though so many people just told me to use pads. It made the healing process so much easier while taking care of the baby. Super comfortable, and never felt wet in them. The only thing I will say is the advertisement has them looking more like underwear than diapers, and they 100% look like diapers. Still proud to wear them. 2.5 weeks postpartum and I've almost went through both packs. If you're debating buying these before having your child, do it. And bring some to the hospital. I promise they made the difference for me.
