XPLORA XGO 3 - Watch Phone for Children (4G) - Calls, Messages, Kids School Mode, SOS Function, GPS Location, Camera and Pedometer – (Subscription Required) (Pink)

This watch is amazing. It is a closed network system with its own data network (separate purchase of about $12/month) whereby the only people who can call or text your child are the people who you have both added in your guardian capacity to the trusted contacts section of the app. But then on top of that, this person must also download the app and scan your child’s unique QR code. A complete and secure closed system! We tested it by calling her phone number prior to authorization and the person simply cannot get through. You can have two guardians with the power to control this access. And, your child can send an SOS if they are ever in danger by holding the action button for 10 uninterrupted seconds and it alerts the two guardians (we also tested this and it worked perfectly!) This watch has excellent battery life and is sturdy. Lastly, I love the GPS functionality as I can see within great accuracy where my child is without having to call her first and ask. Note that it is not waterproof. Washing hands? Fine. But when my kiddo went swimming with it accidentally on, the previous XGo3 we got did get destroyed even though we realized our mistake within only minutes of being submerged. I love this watch so much that I bought a replacement. Customer service was amazing, fast and provided a month of free service as their warning about submerging was not as strongly worded as it could have been at the time; they changed it immediately upon reading my feedback. Also noteworthy is my daughter loves the watch :)

We are loving this watch as I am not ready for my daughter to have a phone yet. This allows her to communicate with us and for us to know where she is easily. The app is so easy to use and I love that I get messages whenever she interacts with someone (mainly her older sister). She feels more independent and we have the ability to control all her contacts, it works for everyone. We got the service that comes with the watch and it has been great and so cost effective. I wish I knew about this for my older daughter years ago.

I got my watch over a WEEK ago and still can’t use it.Tried to set up the watch, the website kept having errors. Then I finally get it to work on day 2, it denies 3 VALID bank cards multiple times and does not let me start my plan. The only customer service is through email so basically you might get 1 email a day from them, if they don’t skip you for a couple days. They tried to act like it was my bank card but I used three with credit unions. Now it’s saying it can’t find my sim, I asked for more help and a new sim, no response in 3 days. So I have NO sim and even if I did it wouldn’t let me get service. So the watch is useless. I’m sure the watch is great if it actually works lol. But if it doesn’t then good luck getting help! The person who was “helping me” stopped replying. This was for my daughter’s birthday, I’m very upset. It was her main present.

My niece has a beautiful 3 year old girl, so sweet. This way her mother and aunt can talk to her when they are away. They protect her like two mother hens but there is always danger. I only gave it 4 stars because she is so tiny, it slips right off her hand. She is going to have to be around 5 years old for it to fit properly. Wish they came in an even smaller size.

My daughter who is 4 takes a bus to and from school for a total of 2 hours. Once she is on the bus, she is able to call me or my husband to inform us she is on the bus. She loves this feature! I also love how we can track her in real time and also see a history of where she has been. Very user friendly- highly recommend!

My daughter loves this watch but we had so many issues I had to return it.We first noted that some messages were turning up several days after being sent. then they started to just go missing.There is no way of knowing if a message has been received. My daughter txt me a voice message from a friends (on their internet )asking when I wanted her home, I responded but unbeknownst to me it never went through.Voice calls failed as the watch was always out of networkGPS rarely worked and then suddenly showed my daughter 20 mins away from school which gave me a heart attackEven with the watch right next to me, connected to our internet voice calls failed and messages didn’t go through rendering it utterly uselessWe have now bought her an Apple WatchDo not buy this watch. If you do get the payg service and make note of return deadlines.

My daughter loves going roller skating around the neighborhood and it is so convenient to track her location and call her to make sure everything is ok. She loves it so much as well, it is a great alternative to a regular cell phone without any internet disturbance. The great thing is that the only numbers that can call her are the ones that are saved in the watch, so no scams and other telemarketing. Overall, very pleased with it.

we love this watch it’s extra peaceof mind when heading to busy environments and the fear of losing sight of your children.
