Durch die Ruderstangen hat man einen guten körperlichen Halt beim Training, was man mit einem üblichen Haltegriff nicht hat. Ich bin wirklich begeistert davon - endlich macht Training Spaß! The Quality and Performance of this Excellent MERACH Home 'Rowing Machine' is Impressive. Took around a half Hour to Assemble ... Very Easy. High Quality, Sturdy FRAME and High Quality Bolts / Hardware. Solid '5-STAR++++' Rating. I've used a good number of Rowing Machines at the Gym, when I was Younger. I'm Retired Now, and Appreciate this Rowing Machine for its' Simplicity of Design; Ease of Use; Excellent Resistance [ 1 - 16 ]; Comfortable Seat; Decent Foot Rests; Good Placement / Angle of the Monitor; and 'Ease' in Moving it to the Vertical / Storage Position. Solid Performance and Overall High Quality Design & ALL Parts ! Haven't used the APP yet ... But look forward to Checking it Out ! I Appreciate the 'CORE' Workout ... Really Feel it in My Mid Section. Since I have been Using Free-Weights {barbell/Dumbbells] ... I am Mostly 'Pushing' Weights. This Rower works the Muscle Groups that I am NOT Focusing on: 'Pulling' ... Which Targets My Back, Abdomen, and Extremities Muscle Groups from Different Angles. The Cardio is Excellent ... and My Legs are Getting a Great Work-Out. I feel It ! Thank You ! ! ! Monitor Works Very Well, too.

This is my First water resistance based rower and I love it. the quality of the build is awesome. all the wood used is perfect. the machine has worked flawlessly since day one. It has been over 6months now since I bought this and have had no issue at all. the pump provided to add or remove water is ok., its slow so to fill originally I just used a funnel to ad the bulk of the distilled water but it is good for when you want to remove some for resistance changes. I have only had to change out water once so I averaged 3 months of 4-5 days a week use. There has been no signs or wear on the seat tracks at all, I clean the machine weakly and add some silicone lube to the seat wheels and sliders on the rails and it is smooth as day one. No water leaking issues to day and let me tell you the water is moving in that container when in use. I love this machine and at a fraction of the cost of a traditional name brand rower you can't go wrong!! Great job on MERACH this is a solid machine that should last me a very long time. The screen is good, it gives you all the information needed to track your workout totals and it has the ability to connect to their app. I have not used it as I record my workouts on a different tracker. Also Very impressed with how quit this machine is while using it. I can watch TV and row without really having to turn the tv volume to an outrages level. I bought this when it was on sale and so far it was worth every penny. I will be looking at other exercise equipment form this company. next is a exercise spin cycle when I see another amazing sale price.
