The BEST dried pasta in all of Italy!
I purchased this for a friend who has wheat sensitivities. Here are the facts, Di Martino and several other brands in Italy do-not-source any wheat from th USA being it was all hybridized on the late '60s when scientists thought they would do the world a favor and cross breed tall grasses with the wheat seed. Guess what? Good intentions turned into a screwed up chromosome chain that our human systems don't recognize nor can break down. Di Martino pasta is made from only locally sourced wheat from the immediate area. Therefore, this is the answer to those with gluten intolerance, sensitivities, skin problems, etc. It's not ok that even though they are trying to indoctrinate the people of the USA that you can just pop a pill or get an annual shot for skin break-outs, it's not. So just don't eat frankenwheat! Read up on Dr. William Davis, "Wheat Belly". This real wheat does not have the affect on the human body. It is also better in texture, nuttier, and perfect when cooked al dente. Wonderful product is also from the Gragnano area in Naples, Italy THEE capitol of pasta. Even the Pasta Queen eats Di Martino! and she's from a family of Maccheronis!

very good but pricey
This was good pasta but, for the money, not better than some of the others I've had that were just semolina and water. I think I got it because of the Dolce and Gabbana packaging.

The best dry pasta!!
This is the best brand of dry pasta. I've even gone as far as ordering it from Italy and getting it shipped to me! Once you try it, you'll never go back. My family won't eat leftover pasta because day 2 it's kind of mush no matter how al dented it started out. Di Martino reheats beautifully. I promise you if you try any style Di Martino pasta, you'll be hooked.

Over hyped and over priced
For the cost, I had expected more. It tasted similar to regular grocery store pasta. I probably won’t buy again. Too pricy.
