Can i use this filter in the Smart Air S (HEPA + Carbon)- air purifier since it has more carbon weight then the carbon filter offered in that model.

The filters are sized specifically for each product, so the Blast Mini carbon filter cannot be used with the Smart Air S purifier. So only the Smart Air S filters will fit with the Smart Air purifier, and Mini filters will fit with the Mini, etc. The Smart Air S has 5 oz of activated carbon that adsorbs gaseous pollution. A teaspoon of activated carbon has a surface area of between 1 and 2 hectares (10000 – 20,000 m2). So while it might not look like a lot of carbon, the surface area of the activated carbon is very large and adsorbs well.
