Spigen NeoFlex Screen Protector for Pixel 7 Pro (2 Pack)

I buy a lot of things from Amazon but rarely bother to leave reviews. I am leaving this one becsuse I forgot that all the Spigen products I have owned always do the job they are supposed to do well. I have brought many Spigen cases for my phones over the years including most recently my Pixel 7 Pro but for some unexplained reason I was skeptical about getting "just a film" type screen protector. So I foolishly brought a hard glass protector from another brand which was useless as it didn't fit because of I think of the slightly curved screen. Areas of the screen were unresponsive. So I relented and brought the Spigen Neoflex protector. I should have done this in the first place. They have obviously thought this through. It is EXCELLENT Really easy to fit. Gives a nice feel to the screen and protected the screen on quite a few occasions. The finger print reader has no issues. In this case, if you pardon the pun, I wiil remember to trust Spigen to get it right next time I am in the market for their products.

The unconventional wet installation process is a bit finicky but allows for reapplication and adjusting alignment. One has to be extra careful not to introduce any dust in the process.Pros:- does not interfere with the fingerprint reader at all (didn't need to reregister fingerprints or turn on extra sensitivity)- does not affect image quality (though it takes a couple of hours after the fitting for all the liquid to evaporate)- feels excellent to touch (not sticky, silky swipes etc.)-Cons:- very thin so minimal protection- front camera cutout is slightly off-centre (does not affect functionality)- tricky to peel film off the base layer

Got the first installed nicely lined up and then saw I'd missed a speck of dust which once noticed, I couldn't unsee.On the second install, I kept cleaning dust that fell on the screen right up to protector installation and looks great.The product looks flawed when initially installed, but as it dries out this disappears for a totally clear view. Installed while phone was in the case as suggested.

Ended up using both screen protectors and still couldn't get it right. The film is so thin that it moves while pressing it on using the provided cardboard, and then sliding it back causes it to fold up leaving creases everywhere. Then there's a spot that despite the phone screen being clean adds something that I believe came from the screen protectors themselves as it was at the same spot and while removing the first one I noticed it was attached to the film itself, so it can't have been something I introduced. I installed the second one but it's got all the bubbles and creases still on and looks ugly. What a waste of money!

As has been mentioned in other reviews, the installation is incredibly fiddly and was quite a frustrating experience. There's no easy way to align the protector so you can spend several attempts putting it down only to fine it's no straight etc.After several goes I just got to the point where I thought that would just have to do... Only to notice that after all the placing, lifting up again, replacing etc, some fluff had gotten under the screen protector... Rather than trying again I've just left it as is... That's right... Having a bit of fluff under my protector, as annoying as it is to see it occasionally, is less annoying than attempting to refit the screen protector again...It seems ok now it's on though. Haven't dropped my phone or anything to test durability... Screen and fingerprint sensor works perfectly fine with it on so that's good.

Easy to apply if you follow the instructional video but more importantly the fingerprint reader on my Google Pixel 7 Pro works perfectly, which is not always the case with 'glass' screen protectors. Happy with the purchase and highly recommended.

Comes as a 2 pack. First one went in the bin. Second one was better. It's quite difficult to fit in the right place without touching the underside quite a few air bubbles or trapped water. After a few hours most seem to have gone and fairly sure the remaining few bubble marks will disappear in time. Other than that it seems to do the job. Touchscreen works as should and fingerprint sensor works just the same without needing to re-add. Film protector won't give you as much protection as such but will prevent scratches and not affect fingerprint sensor as with many tempered glass versions. Overall fairly happy with the product just a difficult install coming with a jig may make that easier.

I have tried many different brands of screen saver. I gave up on tempered glass (clearly plastic when you do break one) as the screen on my old Samsung S21 ultra was chipped and scratched when the phone dropped six inches on to e vinyl floor. So I went back to film screen savers.The Spigen Neoflex is the easiest one I have found to fit with no bubbles. As well as my own phone and table I do all the families phones and tablets and as I said Spigen gives the best results and really protects our device screens. In fact I daughters Iphone lasted three years with no cracks or chips during her early teenager years.I the the Spigen on my Pixel 7 pro and finger print sensor works perfectly, the clarity is great and all parts of the screen touch sensitivity is fine.I usually fit fit the screen savers in our small bathroom, after one of us has had a bath or shower, so the steam has dampened down the dust. It seems to work well.
