I always thought these nose strips looked a little goofy. But after years of living life with a deviated septum, and having one nostril close up on me if I ever take a deep breath, I decided to give these a shot. Total game changer. My wife doesn’t want to divorce me anymore, because it’s helped my snoring at night. I also feel better rested and more alert in the morning. I’m assuming because I’m getting more oxygen to my brain at night. The extra strength on these keeps them in place all night. Even if I’m rolling around they don’t peel off. When you put these on at first, it doesn’t seem like they’re doing too much, but once you take a deep breath, you definitely feel it. I’ve tried the crazy expensive magnetic ones, and then yeah they were great, but I didn’t realize I’d have to continuously buy new magnet strips every 30 days. The affordability of these and the strength makes these the best overall option for long-term use

Works pretty well, I wish it was just a little bit stronger. Even though it’s extra strength it it seems to peel off similar to the lower strength ones. It feels like it might be a problem where the higher strength flex isn’t paired with a higher strength adhesive to keep it in place. Still the best disposable nose strips I’ve tried.

These are great. On my second box. They stick well, last all night, and are easy to come off with some warm water in the morning.

The adhesive loses it's strength if you even so lightly touch it when applying. There is a strong metal or plastic piece in the sticker which works to open up your nose once it is applied. I find that I have to place this in a very specific spot on my nose for it to even work, and as I mentioned above, if I don't place it in the exact spot, well... it's not sticky anymore. If you place it right 100% of the time, shouldn't be a problem. I'm not completely sold on this product. So, I am still on the hunt for a good nose strip

Best adhesive I've found on the market, great price too. Other strips I've tried don't stay in thru the night. They are flexible yet sturdy. I do a quick clean of the area and dry it off, apply and it will stay all day if you want. I feel it helps me, even after getting my deviated septum fixed I still use.

Seemed like good quality but the adhesive on them did not work at all. I may have gotten a bad batch but I could not get it to stay on my skin for more than a few seconds.
