It's more stiff and solid than a common pad as it is tubes of gem gravel (I think). What I like is there is enough mass that when heated it carries on with infrared radiation after it is turned off (no emf). It's nice to have that choice. Otherwise works good so far.

Use it almost everyday. Well actually everyday between my wife and I.

Works well at high temperatures. Just the right size. Very nice quality! The best I've ever had!!Bought two of them!!

We Like the Pads — But the Customer Service Is TerribleWe purchased four HealthyLine infrared heating pads for ourselves and our family. We genuinely like the pads — when they work, they’re great. But the last two we bought (less than a year ago) have already stopped working. We've been trying to reach customer service for months.After weeks of calling, we finally got someone who asked for proof of purchase. We sent it right away, but no one has followed up since. We have tried over and over to reach them without success!The lack of response is incredibly frustrating, especially given how much these pads cost.

I gave this item of three. I really love this item. It worked well. I purchased this in May 2021. It is January 2025, I know it’s been a while, but the product is not used every single day. I can say I’ve used it probably about 20 times and that’s an exaggeration. however when a product is no longer good I feel like it should stop working altogether. however this product burnt my back so I don’t know if there is a problem with the item but again it should’ve just stopped working and not injured my body. If it had just stopped working, I would’ve purchased another one. That’s how much I liked it . so I will be contacting the seller. I spoke with Amazon and that’s who they referred me to. I guess it’s not an issue to them whether this product can be harmful or not.

So. I’m not sure what makes this thing work, or if it’s just a great concept but it’s amazing and I feel great sitting on it. I like crystals, I like heat, I work from home and meditate a ton. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I got to lie on a more expensive version during a reiki session and found it nice.First off it’s beautiful. Well made. Tough. I know some people mentioned it’s stiff. That’s true, but it fits everywhere. I can put on the floor, on my chair, or on my bed. The stiffness doesn’t bother me at all, if anything it just feels like it’s gonna hold up for years. I thought I would use it once in a while before bed…Nope. I use it daily, and it’s all different ways. When I get tired or down- I plug it in, throw it on my office chair and start to notice an ease in pain and anxiety. Before bed, I lay on it while I unwind or text friends.Again. I’m not completely sure how this works, all I know is it wasn’t cheap, was def a splurge and now I don’t think I could live without it! Also, I feel eager to have my friends try out it! Just so I can ask around! It really is amazing.

I used it now for 1 time on the lowest setting for 60 minutes shared over different part of my body like my back - my belly and my feet. I love it and it feels very good
