The media could not be loaded. Ok, around 2 years ago I started noticing I was losing a lot of hair in the shower (second photo), so I started researching what would cause this. What I found was that chemicals such as sulfates, parabens, silicones, and many others cause this hair loss. When I tell you I spent months looking into shampoos and conditioners that didn’t have these ingredients AND that had good reviews, I mean MONTHS - like 5 or 6. I knew this was something I wanted to do right and when I came across this product I was a bit hesitant at first due to some reviews. However, two years later and I’m still using it.Before, my hair never got past my breasts (first photos) in length. Now, it’s all the way down my back and touches my hips (third photo) and I hardly see any hair loss in the shower even if I only wash every 4 days or so! I’ve been getting SO many compliments on my hair and it’s held its integrity even after bleaching it. My girl who does my hair even says she can’t believe how fast my hair grows! I will never switch shampoos. I’ve been recommending it to everyone. One of my coworkers recently started using it and she said she’s felt such a difference in her hair just after two weeks.If you try this product, give it a little time to start working and you won’t be disappointed.Some people in the reviews were saying they didn’t like how it smelled or how it made their hair feel in the shower, but you have to remember that the chemicals that make your hair sudsy and smell good are what’s bad for your hair. I honestly love the way it smells. It’s not super strong and I only need to wash my hair a couple times a week. I promise this will change your hair for the better!

Have only just started using this product, but I've noticed several good things so far. First, it lathers well and gets your hair very clean- esp for people with oily hair. Second, it doesn't tangle your hair like some healthier shampoos typically do, and this results in less hair loss (pulling) during hair washing. The only negative that I've noticed is it does have a slight medicine/ plant type scent, which is again more similar to healthier shampoo products. (It doesn't have the perfume scent that commercial branded shampoos have.) But, the scent isn't overwhelming and gently fades e after you blow-dry and style. I'm hoping that after using it a month or so I'll notice healthier, fuller body hair. I'll update my review then.

I ordered this product because I have had issues with thinning hair for about 5 years. I have tried major label brands like nioxin and keranique, etc but with no results or they made my hair fall out worse! I have stage 4 endometriosis, with hormonal imbalances and I'm sure catching covid 3 times didn't help. Getting older sucks too, but i digress.I started using the shampoo and conditioner in addition to the intensive spray on December 1st, 2022. It is now 2 days til March, and I just had to reorder. I was skeptical of how long the bottles would last because they're smaller, but almost 3 months of use is fantastic. I usually wash my hair every other day but could stretch it out to 3 days if I wanted. A little goes a long way, and I like the smell and feel of both. The shampoo is slightly tingly, but not at all like the other stuff with mint that tries to blind you in the shower steam. The conditioner is concentrated, and so you only need a little. It detangles and actually makes your hair feel conditioned without the extra waxy weigh down.The intensive spray is worth the buy on its own! It truly smells great and does NOT leave your hair greasy or thick. I spray it on my scalp in the thinning areas and massage for 45 seconds, then style my hair regularly. I have new hair growing in that's about an inch to an inch and a half long.The only other thing I've been using is a leave in restoring cream from biolage for the ends of my hair because I live in a super dry mountain climate.Hope this helps!

I had originally bought this the first time through Ulta back in May, and needed to stock up when I ran out so I bought it here on Amazon.Not sure if the formula is the same or not, but this set from Amazon leaves my hair feeling different.The ones I bought from Ulta left my hair feeling soft and clean and was working wonders on my hair, but this Amazon set leaves my hair feeling like it’s full of product no matter how many times I rinse it out. Once my hair dries, it feels heavy and stiff adding more to the feeling of left over product residue.I did compare the two bottles and the only difference I can notice was the US location on the back. The Ulta bottles have the Frisco address on it and the Amazon ones have a Vegas address on it which seems to be a fulfillment center…

I would not recommend this shampoo/conditioner. I've been using it twice a week for a few weeks. It caused irritation on my scalp and made me breakout. I've never had a reaction to hair products like that before. It also smelled like chemicals when first putting on my hair. However, the chemical smell doesn't linger for very long. Still not a fan of this product.
