Tastes terrible but helps with hair loss and tiredness
I got these for the Mrs. Our baby is now 5months old and mummy has been having trouble with hair loss for over a month now. We used the pregnacare vitamins while pregnant so we were keen to try these. You are meant to take with your main meal justs before or after. They are easy to swallow with liquids but they have a very strong taste and smell so orange juice or a strong flavoured juice is essential. These have lots of good nutrients and after a few weeks we are already seeing less hair breakage and also the Mrs feels more lively. Good quality and value. Recommended.
