I bought these gel packs to cool my leg, which was infected, it worked a treat. I have since used them as a heat pad as well and they are just as effective. Good quality and good heat retention. There was three in a pack & were just the right size for me, so they were excellent value for money too.

Nice size for going around the back area. Thicker than others I have bought so you get longer heat retention and it is more comfortable. Used it both hot and cold - no complaints. Would recommend.

Used it while dealing with soft tissue knee injury to cool it down. Worked well, decent size, good quality. Technically easy to use but harder to make it stay in place.... Nonetheless it was useful, reasonable priced and I purchased it again.

Great value for money. I ordered the 5-pack and I’m really impressed with the quality of these Koolpak hot and cold gel packs. They’re well made, durable and stays hot for a long time, which is exactly what I needed. Having multiple packs is really convenient, especially for regular use. Overall, excellent quality and great value. I would definitely recommend these.

Bought as a back up for another set of these we bought that allows you to fit them in a strap to go around the issue my wife has. Working great so far but with repeated use they do not last long.

Great hot and cold pack defo worth the money

Best ice/heat packs I've ever had. They hold the cold for a long time, heat really quickly (FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND WRAP IN A TOWEL or you will burn) and have been a god send for migraines, neck and back pain. Honestly would consider these a household essential because of their versatility and effectiveness for injury and pain relief. Decent thickness that will easily wrap around body parts.

Solo la he usado para frío, pero hubo una época en la que la usaba todos los días, y perfecta, aguanta bien el frío durante unos 20 minutos, es cómoda, tiene bastante gel dentro y es suficientemente grande para usarlo en las dos rodillas a la vez. Contento con la compra.

Estan bien,de las 5 una se me jodio por calentarla demasiado pero fue culpa mia. Las demas aguantan a la perfeccion

Ho acquistato questo prodotto nell'aprile del 2015 per risolvere infiammature dovute alla pratica sportiva agonistica. Dopo quasi tre anni di utilizzo, abbastanza intensivo, posso serenamente affermare che il prodotto, rispetto ad altri equivalenti (o presunti tali) ha: - un formato più grande e può "raffreddare" una zona più estesa, - una grande flessibilità e permette pertanto di avvolgere parzialmente articolazioni - una buona qualità del materiale esterno che ne migliora la fruibilità in appoggio sulla pelle - una lunga durata (anche se non consiglio un trattamento oltre i 20 minuti) In sintesi un ottimo prodotto, assolutamente consigliato!

The cooling part works like charm.. As for heating it can get a bit warm but you will have to microwave a lot and that too in few intervals you will need to turn off the machine because it might get explode m but it does what it says..

l'articolo risponde a quanto promesso. Avevo già utilizzato prodotti similari,ma dopo un certo numero di utilizzi la loro confezione si era rotta, questi di contro hanno un confezione ben fatta che promette un lungo utilizzo.
