Easy to use and good value.
I have been taking gelatine for some time because of arthritis of the spine, and have found that it helps a great deal. It does take a month or two before feeling the full benefit, but I used not to be able to stand up straight when I got out of bed, and now I have no problem at all with that. I have just bought my second jar of Chef William gelatine - before that I tried other brands - but I find this to be effective and good value for money. I have found that my preferred way to take it is to sprinkle a tablespoonful onto the surface of half a glass of fruit juice straight from the fridge. Do not stir it at this point. Leave it 5 minutes for the gelatine to "bloom" then pop it in the microwave for one minute. Now it is almost completely dissolved, so give it a stir, top up the glass with cold fruit juice and stir again. It can be drunk warm or left to cool until just before it sets, or pour it into a dish and put it in the fridge to set so you can eat it as a dessert.

Love it! Will buy again - if it ever runs out!
I've been using this to make gummy bears using the gummy bear mould I've linked in! So far it's been brilliant! I use 3 tablespoons for 1 cup of liquid I want to make into the bears. I have tried rosé gummy bears and cola gummy bears so far and both have been successful! I'm looking forward to trying fruit juice ones next :) I asked a friend whether beef gelatine such as this is halal and its apparently not but there's vegan/vegetarian alternatives out there that can be used instead. The tub is big and will last a long time. 3 Pack 53 Cavities Candy Silicone Moulds & Ice Cube Trays - Gummy Bear Moulds with 3 Dropper Pipettes for Sweets, Jelly, Soap, Chocolate Making and Kids Party

Large bottle, good product (though tastes of "animal" if you use too much!)
As some others have said, the front of the bottle says 650g instead of the 560g advertised - I weighed the bottle and its 710g (including the bottle and lid, so I'm guessing it's actually 650g without the bottle). Its a very large quantity and should last a long time (I estimate about 150+ batches of jelly bears!). There aren't any instructions on the pack so unfortunately my first batch of jelly sweets had way too much gelatine in - they felt dry and tasted like eating "animal" (not sure how better to describe the taste or texture but it really, really wasn't good). In later batches I used much better proportions but still they have a slight after-taste of "animal", though I think if I hadn't made the first terribly strong batch I wouldn't really have noticed. So just a warning, don't use too much at once!

Perfect for synchro swimmers! :)
Perfect for synchro swimmers! Holds really well, it takes a bit of practice to make it without lumps but if you do it slowly it's fine. Just make sure you don't make it too thick as if you do it will peel off once in the water. It is slightly smelly, personally it doesn't bother me but some of the swimmers prefer it when we add some flavouring to make it smell nicer. If you do it right it looks really glossy and nice. (if you're not a synchro swimmer but a cook, don't take this into account, it probably wouldn't make sense)

Need to know how to dose, practice.
Made first batch of gummies, too soft, made second batch too firm and tasted funky (admittedly misjudged ingredients not enough added flavour, was using fruit tea bags from online recipe), needs practice but given it's a giant bottle I have time. Kind of put me off but that's me not the product. Considering Agar Agar powder is on the expensive side I may persist. Bought for keto sweets.
