Love her easy to assemble powerful. Found her hard to push on carpets I'm 68 so I'll just have to pursiver. But so far love it big dust collection.

PRESENT for my mum to replace her long serving Mielle cylinder vac.NOVEL LOOKS: Hetty looks pretty in pink with a cheerful face, she will become part of the family.RELIABLE REPUTATION: Neumatics (the brand behind the Hetty, Henry, James etc range of vacuums) are so reliable and Hetty has stood the test of time, so another good reason to purchase it.REPLACING THE DUST BAGS requires a bit more force, so my mum did struggle with, however, the large capacity means she will not have to do that often.STORAGE The three brushes can be stored on the actual unit, however the crevice nozel and spare extension tube will need to be put in an easy to access space to keep mum happyIN ACTION: Powering it up, letting follow behind as you run the floor brush around your hard or carpeted areas is a breeze.LIFTING IT to carry up stairs: well that was a challenge for elderly mum, the unit with full length tubes weights approx 8kgs. For an older person who doesn't work out regularly, well that could be a bit hard.
