I’ve returned to this review to alter my opinion on this product. The supplier sent me another pack, which I’ve been trying for a week. The results are perfect with this pack, so the others must have been from a bad batch. I thought it only fair to return and alter this review. I will definitely use them again as the price makes them good value.——————Got these to use when my Ketostix run out in a few days. I know I’m in keto as I’ve tested with a blood monitor and the Ketostix show the same levels. These do nothing! The colour doesn’t change at all, even if you leave them well past the 40 seconds recommended. They were foil sealed when they arrived, so not sure what the problem is. I’ve since read other 1 star reviews on here that have the same problem. I would suggest you give these a miss and buy the proper Ketostix. More expensive, but they work.Not sure if I can send these back to Amazon, but if I can, I will.

I wasnt expecting much with a free booklet but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Some good tips, some solid advice and some nice recipes which is always nice. For people who have done high fat diets, planning of what to eat is absolutely essential to avoid getting bored and avoiding rash or wrong decisions. Having the sticks helps keep you motivated

I did a fair bit of shopping around to find good reliable test strips, at the right price, and in a sufficient quantity for someone who is just getting to grips with the keto diet.I'm pleased to say that these test strips ticked all the boxes and have significantly helped me with this new way of eating. I've been in ketosis for at least two weeks now and have noticed a big difference in my energy levels and concentration, and using these strips daily has helped me to identify different levels of ketosis depending on my exercise and food intake which has been really insightful. Will be buying these again!

I have embarked on the keto lifestyle and I have invested a lot of time and effort in my research, and planning my cooking. These strips are so easy to use and it is really satisfying to see that I have achieved ketosis. It was also easy to see when I was going wrong in the beginning as the colour on the strips fluctuated. I will definitely use these regularly, especially if I start to introduce a few more carbs.

I want to write a review for this, because I know when I was looking at all the different types of keto stripes, the reviews were the deal breaker. I have had this product for a week, and the results have reflected exactly what I expected. The strip is getting dark the more time I diet for. I am yet to test myself after a cheat meal/day, which is meant to shift me out of ketosis, but so far I think this product is brilliant and definitely works.

I don't follow a ketogenic diet, but I do do extended fasts and I wanted to know how long it took me to get into ketosis, so I know the strips don't always just give a positive reading.They seem as accurate as can be expected. I've had them open a few weeks now and they are still working (others I've had have turned all positive shortly after being opened).

This product is extremely good value if you need to use a lot of ketostix.The package arrived the next day, which was very fast. I am using them to monitor where my critical level of carbohydrate consumption is. They seem to be very sensitive.The pack expires three months after opening, so I doubt I will use them all up. There is plenty of leeway to test twice a day with so many sticks in the pot.Good quality item at a good price, with good customer service. Everything you want really.

These have worked really well and effectively help me monitor ketosis. Easy to use and good value.
