Dark

This is excellent maple syrup. It's medium dark and medium rich (I'm not an expert...) and it has a rounded sweetness. I use a lot of maple syrup because it's my main sweetener for general use (no refined sugar at all in this household). I primarily use maple syrup for sweetening yoghurt and making raw bliss balls, raw fudge and other sweetmeats. This maple syrup works to recipe (if it says 'quarter of a cup' or whatever and you use this, your end result will be just right). I think the price, given the quality of this maple syrup, is very good indeed. An absolute recommend.

I might not be the Canadian syrup connoisseur that some of the reviewers claim to be but I think the quality of this stuff is excellent. At least half the price of equivalent "Finest" 100% syrup from the supermarket. Plus they only sell the light stuff. This dark grade packs much more flavour and deliciousness.

The flavour profile of this maple syrup is odd to me. It's not bad but has a slight coconut edge that is very incongruous with what you expect of maple syrup. Having said that it's a pleasant overall flavour and we use it as a our general purpose household maple syrup. Given the price the quality is decent.

Our repeat go to product - on healthy ‘KETO’ waffles for breakfast and naturally sweetening any baked goods on our KETO diet. Super for use by anyone and really good value given the size and quality! A jar lasts us a good 4 months or so.

Taste is great, we use it for pancakes, home made chocolate and in other cases when natural sweetener is required. Important: keep it in the fridge once opened, otherwise it will get mouldy, but it is expected from an organic product (and stated on the bottle).

Perfect maple syrup flavour. I thought the dark, robust version might be a bit too strong, but it was perfect. Being American, I grew up eating real maple syrup. When I first came to the UK, it was hard to come by. Lyle's Golden Syrup was the closest thing I could get. Now most places have maple syrup, but it's the light, amber kind. I prefer it a bit darker and stronger. This stuff is delicious! And a good price for a litre.

With kids aged 11 and 13 years old, maple syrup is going to feature on our shopping list. We have tried so many brands, but this one is really special. It's a total hit with the kids and with the parents too. Works brilliantly on pancakes and added to yoghurts and bizzarely the kids adore it in their cup of English Breakfast tea.

Absolutely delicious maple syrup and pure maple syrup it most certainly is don't fall for "maple syrup flavoured" I like the dark grade A as its a strong but the medium and light in this brand are also nice, buying the one litre is so much better value for money as it,s the real thing you don't need as much.

Adoro lo sciroppo d’acero e questo é davvero di ottima qualità! Lo uso sia con i dolci ( pancake, yogurt) che per cucinare pollo e verdure! Ha un sapore molto buono ed intenso! Lo adoro! Il prezzo é sì un po’ alto ( come per tutti gli sciroppi!) ma la quantità é ottima ( essendo un litro mi dura un paio di mesi) e vale ogni singolo centesimo! Super consigliato!

Mycket högkvalitativ lönnsirap. Går att använda till allt möjligt i köket för en sofistikerad touch. T ex röra ned i en vit chokladmousse, ha i varm mjölk; för en närande dryck, gott i varm mörk choklad. På våfflor med vispgrädde. Mascarpone, lönnsirap och grädde är en god efterrätt med lite vaniljessens! Mumsigt. Den här produkten är den bästa lönnsirap jag någonsin provat. Bra förpackning också.

Un jarabe de arce muy rico. Como único mini contra es un poco más líquido que el que compramos habitualmente y al no ser transparente la botella me da la impresión de que se gasta más. La boquilla es bastante amplia, no sé si está pensada para rellenar o servir directamente. En nuestro caso lo echamos del envase directamente, pues a pesar de ser de 1L no es excesivamente grande (vamos, como una botella de agua de 1L, de esas compactas) y se guarda bien en la nevera. Así que la verdad por sabor y precio totalmente recomendable (sale casi a mitad de precio e igual de rico que el que compramos en el super). Repetiremos
