So far good but as GMP can be self awarded Troo health do not currently list third-party certifications such as NSF, USP, or Informed Choice, which involve independent testing and verification - so kind if flying on blind faith

I have Osteopenia and my bone scans were beginning to dip. As I refuse to take the drugs designated for the condition, after watching their effects ruin the latter years of my mother's life, I had to wake up and do some research. My reading resulted in me taking much interest in Vitamin K2 MK-7 such that I decided to give it a whirl.I'm glad I did. Each day I take Vit D3 +++ and a high dose of Vit C and to this I have added my new friend. I regard it as the gate keeper, it's job being to direct D & C to my BONES and not to the soft tissues of my arteries. After my last dispiriting bone scan results I just had to keep taking the pills and sit back to see what happened. WELL! Good news! My consultant was surprised and pleased with my improving condition and - as I had supplied him with a list of what I was taking as supplements - asked me WHY I had decided to take Vit K MK-7. I told him what I had read about it and that if other countries were using it with good effect, that was good enough to for me! Turned out he had just been to an international conference on the subject and was extremely interested by what he'd learned. He complimented me on my scan results, saying, like me, he would watch my progress with great interest.It was like being given a prize, knowing I was on the right track of self help. They deliver very quickly, often within the delivery date range, they use excellent packaging, which means you don't have to wait home for the postman! And the quality seems excellent. I am very happy with these Vit K2 MK-7 100 mcg caps-they appear to be really economical and, unless I up the dose, will last for a while! I take Vit K2 MK7 along with high dose Vit D3 and a few other things--but high dose Vit D3 (say 5000 to 10000 iu) should not be taken alone because of the relationship between calcium, Vit D3 and K2 MK-7. Vitamin D3 helps you to absorb calcium, while Vit K2 directs it to the bones and is involved in keeping the calcium in the bones and not in the blood stream where it can cause problems, not least of all helping to harden the arteries.
