It's has a nice strong taste I took one spoon for 8 days and my skin was nice and smoth, I had less pain in my joints. Stool movement was soft.

This must be the best-tasting olive oil I have ever bought. I like to take a tablespoon of olive oil with a dash of Himalayan salt every morning, and again when I get home from work. It curves my appetite and helps my digestion and bowel movements. I switched to this brand and am surprised by the taste improvement over the previous ones I had used. I highly recommend it.
