Q: Once open, how long does it last? What’s the shelf life?

Hi, I'm unsure about the shelf life but being sugar based I'd imagine it to be a while. We had ours for around six months (in a dark cupboard) and, with a wipe around the lid / pourer, it was as good as the day it was opened. If for mojitos, I promise you it is worth every penny.

No. It's a sugar syrup. And amazing!!!

Q: You say in the product details, this is mint and lime flavoured, but in the ingredients it says only natural mint flavouring. Does it contain lime?

No lime in this one. Just minty, deliciously so! Highly recommended for homemade mojitos.
