Must have popcorn salt
Absolute must have for anyone cooking popcorn. Works brilliantly with my air popper. Helps give popcorn a cinema style buttery salt flavour. Absolutely enormous supply that'll last more than its moneys worth. A tablespoon of this sprinkled over a large portion of popcorn before cooking gives more than enough flavour. Definitely recommend for anyone cooking popcorn from scratch.

Best popcorn favouring ever!
I love this! It is very salty so be careful but it tastes great and the carton lasts for ages. We use this in popcorn made on the hob and I would go as far to say as it is better than cinema popcorn!

This seemingly 1950s product is actually pretty great
This is some funny stuff. Everything about it from the name, to the packaging, to the info on the packaging screams 1950s America. That said, it seems like a great product! I am trying to give up my nightly calorific pretzels in favor of popping popcorn at home, and I bought a silicone popcorn popping bowl here on Amazon which works great but in terms of trying to stay healthy, just adding salt to that which falls right off is a bummer. I'm American and at home we can get all kinds of low cal popcorn sprays and flavorings but not here in the UK sadly. However this stuff is really fine and sits nicely on the popcorn. As noted elsewhere, it's really salty and a little goes a long way. My husband asked me if we are opening up our own cinema with it :) It's basically a lifetime supply. I wish you could buy a smaller amount and I didn't like spending £7 on some fun salt, but it has helped with giving up my pretzels. If you're on a weight loss journey, this won't have calories, but if you're on an overall health journey, I slightly dread to think what chemicals it does have! But I'm enjoying it. Another reviewer said it's not for adding after you pop. but that's what I've been doing and it works great. It seems to sit nicely in and around the nooks and crannies of the popcorn, unlike regular salt.

Nice but expensive and doesn’t stick to the popcorn
My children enjoy the flavour of this however there are 2 main issues with it, firstly it really does not stick to the popcorn, we’ve tried a few different ways to get it to stick and the most effective is to spray it with some oil; we used a coconut oil spray even then most of the seasoning falls off and just sits in the bottom of the bag - this is really frustrating. Second issue is it’s very costly, admittedly you don’t have to use a great amount for a bowl of popcorn but I think for the quality it’s overpriced.

Great taste and a little goes a long way
Really nice product gives a lovely flavour, doest work with popcorn that has been air popped (popcorn makers, microwave dry popped) but works lovely if you have done it in a pan as the air popped is to dry for it to stick to. I dont think we will ever use this full carton in our lifetime as you only need a tiny amount, for a medium sized pan of popcorn (giving you a large bowl or 4 popcorn cones) I use half a teaspoon any more than that and its too salty to eat. We have about 2 bowls a week and we have only used a tiny amount. So very good value for money. Gives off a lovely smell of buttery popcorn and a really nice flavour

It's All About The Magic Recipe!
OK - in the UK popcorn isn't a big thing - but in the states they've got it down to a fine art... Folks either go in search (for literally years!) for the authentic premier movie theatre taste or have special recipes. Most this stuff you can readily get in the UK but one or two bits you'll probably have to ship from the US - just search around the usual sites - it is available if not cheap - going direct sometimes helps The authentic US movie theatre recipe: - 1 Whirligig popper - 4 TBLsp Extra virgin coconut oil (depending how big your popper is :) - 4 TBLsp Snappy Popcorn Butter Burst Buttery Oil (this brand has stronger color & flavor) - Heat up & add one small cup quality popcorn kernels - 1-2 TEAsp Flavacol salt - slowly sprinkle all over so it doesn't go to the btm. This stuff is so fine it dissolves in the oil & sticks, has butter aroma, & a concentrated zing. Don't put too much on or it will rip your face off lol. Now cook.. Wait til all the popping's v nearly finished and your done - tweak exact combo to your taste & whirligig Seasoning: - 1 Hand pump dispenser (Snappy comes in a 1 Gallon can) - Slightly warm some Snappy Butter Burst Oil & lightly apply n turn (it's a topping too - great movie taste) - Or for purists melt some clarified butter - apply n turn. To make clarified butter just microwave a block, let it set in a tray, pour off the water. That's why regular butter always makes the popcorn soggy. - Alternatively, instead of a butter topping just smother it in cheese powder - Stilton is totally scrummy. Takes a little practice, but get this just right & it will make your family n friends go wow For a whole bunch of different recipes try snappypopcorn.com (there's other suppliers & recipes too) Most folks don't know the authentic US ingredients so here it is and hope ya'll enjoy :D

Tres forte odeur (de beurre/chimique) mais agréable Par contre presque aucune saveur hormis le sel, un peu déçu Strong smell (buttery/chemical) but pleasant Very faint taste however, it mostly tastes like salt, almost no buttery taste
