Game-Changer for Sensitive Skin – 5 Stars Without Hesitation
I’ll be honest – I was never a big fan of E45 in the past and much preferred Dove products. But back in 2024, I developed a terrible skin rash on my leg that just wouldn’t shift. After a round of steroid creams prescribed by the doctor (which had little to no effect), I started reading up on dermatologist recommendations and came across E45 Bath Oil.I decided to give it a go, using it alongside non-scented Epsom salts in the bath – and wow, what a difference. Within two weeks, the rash had started to clear up significantly. The constant itching stopped, and I haven’t needed steroids since. On top of that, my skin has never felt smoother – genuinely silky to the touch.Yes, it does leave the bathtub a bit slippery (so take care getting out), and your skin can feel quite oily afterwards – but for someone with sensitive skin and occasional eczema, it’s a small price to pay. This stuff moisturises and soothes in a way that no scented product ever has for me.I now use one full cup per bath – probably more than recommended, as I think you’re only meant to fill the inner cap – but it works well for me, and I regularly reorder it from Amazon.I wouldn’t call myself a die-hard E45 fan, but this product has well and truly won me over. A solid 5 stars.

Great for soothing eczema and dry skin
I have been using this for years! It's the best bath emollient. I have dry skin and I'm prone to eczema flare ups. I use once a week in the bath. My skin feels instantly soothed and moisturised. Will be using the product for life!

Soothing for delicate skin
A great value product to add to baby/child's bath (adults too I suppose!) for sensitive skin. We used this when my daughter had eczema on her legs as even baby bubble bath irritated her. This makes the water almost milky and leaves a light coating on the skin to help nourish it. Only knocked a star off as it's not ideal to use if you're washing little one's hair in the bath - if the bath water gets in their hair it leaves it quite greasy.

Works Just as Well as Oilatum, but Cheaper!
I used to use Oilatum for my very dry skin, but this E45 bath oil works just as well, and it’s much cheaper! I got it on a deal, and I’m really happy with it. It leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturised. Definitely going to buy more—cheaper than getting it from the supermarket too!

great for dry skin
Always effective if my skin gets dry, it goes through phases, I don;t need to use it all the time.
