Attractive design
I would recommend these fake pirate coins, they're pleasingly tactile and have an eye catching design. Pros: -large and eye catching -shiny :0 -textured rim -realistic look Cons: -somewhat bendy -a few have chipped paint These arrived way faster than I expected, on first impression I counted them (exactly 72, nice) and noted that they were silver and not gold as the product image suggests, they still look great so I don't mind. The coins are plastic and are very light. Image 1: Amscan coins pouring from a bag. Image 2: Top half comparing Amscan coin to unknown brand gold pirate coin, lower half comparing to two pence piece.

Aha me hearties these be fine treasure
Great pirate coins. Much more authentic than most. Although made of thin plastic they have a realistic feel, the irregular edges contribute to this. Also the design on both side than on most ‘pirate’ coins. They also make a satisfying clink when shaken.

Spot on
Great treasure for burying in our sandpit. We also hid some in various other things like flour, water beads and playdough and they hold up great! The children love them and they are bigger than I expected.
