Good product
I am using it from last 3 year from bathroom to lobby. Not even a single complain for me. I am fully satisfied with the product.

Worst product I ever bought in my entire life.
Liked nothing of it. My money went to drain as I was not able to return it even when it was damaged. Worst product ever bought in my entire life. The adaptor was damaged. Bought another one but still didn't work. My son would have made a better intercom.

Easy to install.
It’s very simple to install this from one floor to another but the plastic fittings in this product is a bit flimsy ,but anyways solved my purpose as I need not to remove wires again after installation..Now let’s hope It works for few years!! Anyways it’s a good product and value for money.

Seller is probably not conducting quality checks. The 12v adaptor is found dead
