UPDATE!!! 5 Stars!! After taking off the temperature dial I was able to adjust the temperature up as needed. Turned our water heater down and everything turned out great!!!! VERY happy now!Overall, the product is good very sleek and nice design. The instructions are easy to follow and installed fairly easy. The biggest problem with the product and the reason for only 3 stars is the problem with the water mixing technology in the valve. It automatically mixes the hot and cold and you are supposed to set the temperature through the dial with a mid-point that is supposed to be the optimal setting. This is designed this way so that you can run the shower head, the handheld shower, and the jets all at the same time. (if you have good water pressure in your house)Here is the problem with that...After installing the system, I did my pressure tests double checked all my connections and made sure each system worked but didn't test them all at once since I still had open walls and didn't want to get a lot of water everywhere. Everything checked out so I finished tiling the walls and completed the project. When I went to test the water for my first shower, I noticed it didn't even get warm at the optimal setting. I set it to the hottest, and it got slightly warmer. After going to the site and researching the problem I discovered how the valve worked and the troubleshooting guide mentioned it may be the water heater temp setting. (we have ours set low to medium for energy efficiency) I turned it up in increments over the next few days, testing the temp in the shower. It did improve, but still not enough for a comfortable shower. I have now set my water heater at its highest setting and even though it has helped with the shower temp, but it's going to start eating at my energy bill. May have to take it out for a more traditional valve system to keep my energy efficiency and still have a shower at a decent temperature.Hope this helps your buying decision.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item as I like the design and over all look and for the fact that it has a 5 year warranty, but I cant seem to get in contact with anyone in bostingner I sent an email and nothing I cant find a phone number anywhere and amazon keeps putting me on with robots in the chat section. All I want is a new valve body so I can get my shower complete. after a few days I got an email from Bostingner and they sent me a new valve it was a simple installation and now every thing is working great.

I bought this and it malfunctioned before even using it, as 2 parts are defective. Reached out to Bostinger customer service and no one has responded. The only phone they have is a WhatsApp number. I had 2 plumbers look it over and they both said they don't work on any plumbing from China. I'm so mad as this was not cheap and it doesn't work !

Bought this for our master bathroom and it is great. Nice easy to use controls.

We have the same problem as another person wrote. No matter what you set your hot water tank at or the shower dial it is not ever hot. It is not the beautiful shower it appears.I would like the seller to send a valve to correct the temperature free of charge.

Looks really good and I love just push a button and shower is on. The hot and cold control is great because once it is like you have the temp just right for you it stays that way every time since you push a button for water to come out. This is not for the do it yourself person. You need a good plumber to install it for you.
