Blue Diamond Almonds Breeze Barista Blend, 1 Litre, Pack of 8

This is an excellent product which offers a tasty and genuinely healthy alternative to dairy milk and indeed some plant based options. The good news - 26 calories per 100ml and less than 0.2 grams sugar per 100 ml. Therefore ideal for weight watchers and diabetics looking for something that is great for coffee (esp cappucino lattes etc) I use this in my De Longhi and find it works best with flat whites; it doesn’t froth as good as skimmed milk but has less than half the calories and 30 times less sugar - even lactose free skimmed milk has around 15 times as much sugar and actually to my taste buds is much too sweet with the lactose removed. Fair do’s to Blue Diamond, they have produced something that is perfectly acceptable in hot drinks and also has a nice creamy taste in porridge - I use this all the time instead of skimmed milk and has helped me trim up quite. Bit. I drink 5 cappuccinos a day and have a big bowl of porridge on working weekdays so cutting down that sugar was important and my gut is a bit easier though perhaps I need to cut the coffee down a bit too at my age ! Yes they have put some sunflower oil in the mix and a bit of gum which I assume helps stabilise the frothing but the taste is creamy and you soon get used to it - doesn’t taste of nuts at all. Brilliant product.

Hands down one of my favourite non-dairy milk alternatives, that doesn’t taste like water. Perfect for coffee as the taste is not overwhelming but still has a sweet subtle flavour, but also tastes just as good on its own or in hot chocolate etc. I’ve found that even without using a frother, when the milk is heated it becomes really frothy / creamy for use with coffee. Used to purchase this in the supermarket but is no longer stocked anywhere, the price on Amazon doesn’t fluctuate so happy to keep repurchasing. Every time ordered packaging has always been in tact so no issues there :)

Have been using this product for years, by far my favourite plant milk for coffee. It froths easily, lovely creamy texture and not the overwhelming sweetness/marzipan flavour you get with many other brands. In fact it's the only one I'll drink. Used to be stocked by Waitrose but they seem to have dropped it so I purchased online and whilst the product seems fine at the moment, it has a use by date of July 2025 (less than 2 months from date of purchase). Would usually expect around 10 months shelf life for a long life product so will be wary of buying again especially as others have reported same issue.

Being intolerant to milk can be a challenge but since finding this barista almond milk I don’t miss out on lattes any more. Coupled with some coffee shots, this milk froths up to a wonderful foam. A perfect latte in my opinion.

Really amazing milk alternative and great in hot drinks, but the price is currently ridiculous! Retail is £2.30/l and regularly on offer for £1.80/l / per carton yet on here has gone up to over £3/l! Total rip off. Would be 5 stars if not for the awful price point.

I really enjoy the regular Blue Diamond almond milk, but find that it splits badly when used in hot drinks. So I thought I'd give the barista version a try. I'm so glad I did, because it is the best plant-based milk I've had to date. It has a lovely nutty taste, creamy texture and works perfectly in hot drinks. It also froths well, which is a bonus!

I must admit this sent me to the toilet all day everytime tried vs my usual brand, so try it before you buy! Ended up throwing it.
