STANLEY12-101 Small Trimming Plane

Great tool. I've been using it for a year or two and its still sharp and cuts well.

Front door was sticking due to the wooden weather strip catching presumably due to the damp weather. Not enough space for my full size plane. Thought I would try this little plane to avoid the aggravation of taking the heavy door off. Due to its small size able to invert the plane and remove small amount of wood to stop sticking. Unlike full size plane adjusting the blade is a little fiddly as no adjustment wheel but once adjusted worked well.

Reallly handy little tool, took a bit of sorting out to get it working well but great now. Would have given 5 stars if it was ready to go straight out of the box

A small plane that works very well. Rather slow delivery from overseas but low price makes the wait worthwhile.

ok for very small jobs but no good for larger ones

When it arrived I thought this is too small to be any good but worked a treat easing a door ,that had swelled, to fit.I would Recommend it for small planing jobs without too much mess , small enough to keep In my tool box drawer.

I read the description, below, and the plane is not the product advertised. It is far smaller, unless the sellers do not know how to use a ruler or the metric system changed without letting anyone know.I bought this as I thought at the size stated it would be ideal, sadly not! I flattened the bottom to get the coating off and apply paste wax. The blade was easy to sharpen and adjust. It’s way nicer to carry one of these for small jobs than a whole block plane.

Sus pocas faltas se ven opacadas por su practicidad y beneficio, y podrás hacer cosas que probablemente antes hacías de forma incomoda e imprecisa
