Pleased with these pair of plastic coated chrome number plate holders. Very easy to fit as there are countless pre-made holes in the back of the surround, so you proably do not need to drill any more holes in your car. I suggest putting extra screws in the top left and right corners to slightly bend it to match your car. I found bending the number plate in the middle 1cm outwards and sliding in the left and right ends before pushing the whole number plate up works the best. Closing means using the small lower chrome stripe to slide up and snap in the 3-4 pegs into the bottom holes. Easy.

These are great, easy to fit and look great. Their great quality and value. Bought to replace ones that had become tarnished. Their so much better than the old ones and look great.

Chrome coating wears off very easily? With normal hand washing.

Bought to surround my number plate following purchase of a new(er) car that has chrome trims and the transfer of my private registration number. There are plenty of holes on the back plate so it was easy to line up and fix to the car. The number plate itself is a tight fit (which is a good thing) and fortunately i'd read other reviews and knew to bend the plate a little to get it in. The bottom part clips on but the first time I didn't clip the ends under the sides! The surround looks really effective - so much so that I've bought another set for my mum who was very impressed and slightly jealous! Edit: Its November 2021 and having sold my car and removed my private registration number it was time to change the plates. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your point of view) the surround fit so well it was impossible to take the bottom part off without breaking it. I have immediately ordered another set to put on my new car when my private plate goes on.

Really easy to fit with lots of mounting hole options. New plates went in easily, bottom chrome strip clips on to hold everything in place. Chrome looks super nice if you have a car with a bit of chrome bling already. Will have to see how the finish lasts in the British weather, but for the money the plate holders are good so far.
